I have listed a new property at 190 Rue Principale in Pointe-Verte. See details here

This super affordable home is located in the quiet community of Pointe-Verte. The home sits on approximately 3/4 of an acre and has a main floor with an eat-in kitchen, living room, primary bedroom and full bath. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (one of which is non-conforming due to window size) and a large landing that would make a wonderful home office, reading nook, tv room, etc. The home sits on a concrete foundation and the underneath of the home is accessed via a door in the floor. There have been updates to the home through the years including a ductless mini split / heat pump, electricity to 200 amp breakers, some windows, extra insulationThis home has been in the same family since 1975 and the current owner just needs a smaller space to maintain.
