After spending time living in Halifax, Calgary and Vancouver, Melanie returned to Miramichi in 2003. Coming home reinforced what she already knew—there is something special about the people and community of Miramichi.
One of the things Melanie loves most about living and working here is the generosity of Miramichiers. She sees it every day in the way people support one another, give back to their community and come together to celebrate. From music and culture to local events, holidays, festivals and charitable causes, there is always something happening and another opportunity to connect with the people who make this community such a wonderful place to call home.
That same sense of community is at the heart of the way Melanie approaches real estate. For her, a successful transaction isn't simply about buying or selling a property. It's about the people behind the move and the goals that brought them there in the first place.
Melanie takes the time to understand what matters to each client and works hard to make the experience as comfortable, straightforward and positive as possible. She especially enjoys helping first-time buyers, seniors who are ready to downsize, families making a move, and clients navigating the many different stages of life that can lead to a real estate decision.

Melanie is also a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), bringing additional training and experience to the negotiating process on behalf of her clients.
